Few things, finished
One product, built with restraint. We’d rather ship one interview flow that’s right than five features that almost are.
Candidates are users too
Half our users never pay us: the people being interviewed. If it isn’t fair, clear, and respectful on their side of the camera, it doesn’t ship.
Evidence over opinion
We work the way the product scores: claims need evidence. Prototypes over decks, transcripts over recollections.
